    Thanks ladies

I called health direct and the nurse walked me through a bunch of things I needed to check. She doesn't seem to have anything wrong with her. The nurse said that since I've started giving her a dummy and she's begun going for longer between feeds, my breastmilk has probably changed so that she gets fuller for longer with each feed, which means she will be able to sleep for longer. She said she's probably in the middle of a growth spurt as well, so not to be too worried unless she stops sucking properly during feeds, goes limp, stops having wet and dirty nappies, or starts looking a not-healthy colour.

DD used to do that during growth spurts: feed constantly for 48 hours, then do huge sleeps for 48 hours
