Default Where has all the controversy, passion, debate and discussion gone?

Back when I was here regularly, there were fabulous discussions that got the brain going all the time. Now, it seems much quieter. So, I'll just put it out there:
Open-minded, feminist, lefty, atheist, bleeding-heart seeks debate and discussion to get the juices flowing. I am pro-vax, pro-science, pro-BF (though not anti FF) and would take cheese over chocolate any day. How about you?

Debate threads are far less common now. It's a totally different vibe in here now.
I miss them, but to be honest, I don't know that I can be bothered if there is one 😂

Cheese over chocolate!?!? You're mad! Chocolate forever!!!

Maybe I'm just scarred as I had an ex boyfriend who once told me "I love you, but not as much as I love cheese". True story.

Cheese is super addictive. He couldn't help it, I'm sure!

Debate started to constantly turn nasty. And right now I think its a little raw.

As for chocolate/cheese I have always been a savoury fan. But hated cheese growing up. I would pick olives/pickled vegetables over cheese or chocolate.

This happened. And everyone is still either crying into their pillows or are out on the streets marching instead?
