Sounds like this little one was meant to be. If your fella is a decent man he'll stick around for you. Best wishes and congrats

Thanks ladies for the welcomes (it's like coming home) and the words of advice.

I'm pretty sure I don't have it in me to terminate.

And as @SheWarrior mentioned I'm sure financially I'd be able to make it work somehow.

DD3 is a real handful (I have 93% custody) but hopefully by EDD she might be more manageable at 4....

Given his and my age and a one time unprotected event, I'm inclined to think this life is supposed to be here.....

    Still freaking out though

I remember you special k my dd was somewhat of a shock, and I still remember the "OMFG" moments all too well- the doubt all through the pregnancy, was I doing the right thing by my children etc- and I was in a stable relationship, so I can only imagine your added worries on top of that!
You know how the saying goes though-- we never regret the kids we do have, only the ones we don't.
I hope you make the right decision for yourself, whatever it may be!

I was literally in almost the same position in January 2011. It didn't work out with her father, but I couldn't imagine life without DD. It is a pain in the backside dealing with two exes with kids, but I just deal with it and at least it's amicable with all involved.

I remember from a few years ago, so welcome back!

I am sure you will do just fine with bubba. It is certainly a blessing that you might not have expected and will test things with a new relationship - but you are an amazingly strong woman.

Well not much to update as yet.
I was around at his place.
He could see something was up, I told him.
He asked me if I was being serious.
He had a little smile on his face.
I said yes, the little smile remained.
We were just about to leave to drive to pick something up, he says "let's go for a drive".......
Then nothing. We went for the drive, came back, went out for dinner, came home and watched a movie (ate chips and chocolate) and it hasn't been mentioned since.
Well I suppose he isn't running away so that's a good start.
Figured I'd give him time to digest the news and we can discuss it at a later date......

It's pretty massive news, as you say he's probably absorbing it at this stage and will talk more when he's ready. I hope it all works out well for you xx
