Default what time do you usually get up - and what do you consider a sleep in?

    Early birds here.
I'm up at 5 am for work, and same with the kidlets. Even for high school had to get up really early (by 6am) to catch a bus so I'm used to it.

Even if I do get the chance to sleep in (which is never lol) I need to poo around 530 every morning anyway thanks to my poo clock so I find I'm awake and up by 6 at the very latest.

Dh is not a morning person (despite having to get up 5 am for work- he's never adjusted and every morning is a battle and him running late) so I let him sleep till 9ish on weekends.

I hate the idea of wasting a morning and not getting chores/breakfast done and ready to go out somewhere at 9am.

Up at 6am DS is usually awake by at least 5:30am. What's a "sleep in"?

Up between 5-5.30 for work. Weekends maybe up by 6.30 at the latest. 7 is a huge sleepin.

I get up at 6:00am on work days.

DS usually rises around 7:00am on weekdays & wakes around 7:30am on weekends.

I consider anything after 7:30am to be a sleep in at our house.

We're up at 4:30 during the week. DH leaves for work at 5:30 and I leave at 6:45. He lets me sleep in on the weekends, which is usually 7-7:30

to my complete disgust my body has decided it likes waking up anywhere from 5-6am alarm is set for 7am. My body decided this over the last 2weeks. Usually I could sleep til lunch time. A sleep in is 8-9am. My body has decided I don't need a weekend sleep in anymore either

DH wakes me up at 7.30 during the week. DS sometimes won't wake up until then either.
On weekends it depends. But without being woken I can sleep and sleep!

6am is normal because that's when my 4yo usually wakes up, occasionally she'll stretch it out to 6:30am. My hubby is awesome though and when I was pregnant, on weekends he'd quietly get up with her and I'd often stay in bed until 9am. But really anything past 7am I class as a decent sleep in.
