    Default Fertility diet

Has anyone tried following a specific fertility diet (eg http://natural-fertility-info.com/fertility-diet)?

Did it contribute to your success?

Or do most people just take prenatal vitamin supplements?

I just took Blackmores Pregnancy Gold and extra folic acid. There have been multiple studies done to suggest if you are overweight at all that you should take up to 5MG of folic acid a day pre conception and for the first 12 weeks.
I've never tried a fertility diet.
