Hospital gowns for both. I couldn't be bothered with DS1 I mean we get our kit out in front of everyone so why look glamorous. DS2 was a c-sec so it was even more sexy with the hair Net and stockings

A stretchy black dress. That sound glamorous but it was just a t shirt dress thing from target that I'd got in a big size and was using as a maternity dress.

All 3 labours I arrived in tracksuit pants/leggings and a maternity top/singlet top. All labours were fairly quick so I ended up just taking off my pants and giving birth with my singlet top and nothing else.

Black stretchy pants and a maternity/BF singlet the second time around. It was the middle of the afternoon though. I wanted to be comfortable as they faffed around when we first got there.
First one was so quick and my waters had broken so it was just whatever I was in that day, plus a towel between my legs.
Both times I put on a hospital gown when I got to the delivery suite (within 1 hour of arriving).
I'd say plenty of people rock up in pyjamas, do whatever you feel comfortable with.

I turned up naked the first time (went from bathtub at home straight to an ambulance), and in yoga pants & a singlet the second time.

A summer dress that I happened to be wearing the day I went into labor, fortunately for me my waters never broke.

An old stretchy Bali dress. I wore it both times. With DD1 it was because my waters had broken that morning and I'd soaked through the 3 pairs of shorts that still fit me. It was comfy and easy to whip off when things got going.
