    That makes sense in terms of increasing circulation to an area- the bruising it leaves prove it. But I don't think that stuff could logically help with conception. It may be that going to a TCM practitioner for acupuncture, for example, is just a relaxing experience. Some people might need that to cope with TTC. It may hold benefits that way.

    @augieandaddie the number of appts you need and the regime you get depends on what is going on with your body. Different for every person. Interesting about the food. I have to stick to cool foods as I have excessive heat.
