We welcomed our second little boy at 9.55am on Friday.
I completely freaked out when I got into theatre. Shook during the spinal and felt so sick. I was thinking that maybe I shouldn't have chosen to have the ceaser. Once they laid me down I felt much better until my blood pressure dropped and I was going to vomit. I had major regrets again and thought it wasn't worth it if I had to feel so sick during the whole experience. Anyway they corrected my blood pressure after a couple of minutes and I felt great. It was so calm and lovely. Our baby was born at 37+6 and had no problems at all. We had skin to skin after he was checked.
I really rate the whole experience and would def choose over a VB again. I'll update my diary with a complete birth story eventually.
We came home yesterday. I'm to take voltaren and panadol for a little while. I haven't felt too much pain which has been good. We stopped the endone after day 3. I loved the quality of sleep I got while taking it lol.
