Default Medication, vitamins, herbs, treatments, testing and BD regimes

Obviously everyone has a different TTC story, I would love if people felt comfortable to outline the steps they take each month while they try for others to see.

    Can

    For
    Example:
FS yes/no (whether they see one)
GP yes/no (whether they see one)

Average cycle length (including ovulation days and luteal length)

Any diagnosis' they have received (including AMH and hormone levels)

Medications/vitamins/herbs (type, dosage, frequency, timing of cycle)

Treatment eg acupuncture (type, frequency, timing of cycle)

Tests (both at home and via clinics)

    BD schedule

Any other steps they are doing

    Thanks!

    I'll go first.
    FS no
    GP yes

Irregular cycles (from 27-47 days) and irregular luteal phase from 12-21 days) with AMH level 32 (not super high, but elevated). Don't ovulate every cycle.

Elevit daily, just started Vitex 1000mg daily

IC ovulation testing from CD8, Clear blue digi dual once lines starts on IC.

Previously undertaken ovulation tracking with GP, not crrently doing this.

No standard BD schedule, just try to fit in at least 3-4 during the fertile window.

    GP yes
Average cycle length: cycle is anywhere between 28 and 45 days, have never been able to fully pinpoint O and luteal phase.
Any diagnosis: PCOS, partner has low count
Medications/vitamins/herbs: taking blackmores conceive well and iron supplement as well as Chinese herbs. Partner is on Menevit, vitamin E and vitamin C. Plus Metformin for me.,
Treatment: acupuncture fortnightly, just started seeing FS
Tests: try to do OPK's, but can never time it right with my whacky cycles. Lots of blood tests.
BD schedule: whenever I can get DP there. We were aiming for every second day, but with no clear fertile window it gets old real quick

Mine is in my ttc journal but :

    Fs yes
    Gp several
    Average cycle length 28 days.
Diagnosis: a balanced translocation which causes me to miscarry and only have a 30% chance of a healthy baby naturally without ivf, clinically pcos ovaries (but apparently it isnt affecting my fertility. I wasnt sure how that was possible but anyway)
Vitamins: pre conception : folic, multi b, baby aspirin, iron, vitamin E x2
Treatments: acupuncture weekly, fertility self massage every night, no cold foods.

BD schedule was strict. I ovulate on day 14. BD was only done on day 13 and 14. Prior to BD hubby was asked to withhold from any form of release for 3 days.
Id ask husband to eat lots of eggs for breakfast those 3 days as i felt it help build volume. I wanted the top quality load in there on day 13 and the second lot on day 14. It seriously killed the romance but i made sure i relaxed for the rest of my cycle that way we still had fun sex and HD didnt feel like a sperm making machine .
