    Default Tips for PCOS sufferers

    Mine is a minor and it generally swings one week late but when stress levels are up it can swing to multiple weeks!
    Any tips on how to calculate ovulation then?

    I use fertility friend app and a basal body thermometer. I don't ovulate on my own though.

    Follow your cervical mucus patterns if you can.
