    I had really fast let down too, definitely lean back if you can - our couch back is on a bit of a lean and I used to not prop myself up with cushions. I also had like an old mans chair that I could lean right back into. Also I too bought some cloth nappies and used to take bubs off after a couple of minutes and literally catch the spurting milk in the nappy. Good luck.

    If it doesn't stop, talk to your doctor as it can also be a sign of food allergies or reflux.

    Thanks everyone. I tried the block feeding and it worked! She hasn't vomited after a feed since I wrote this post, which is awesome She occasionally has like a teaspoon of spit up, but I assume that's a normal thing for a baby to do?
