Default Pelvic floor exercises - extra help

Can anyone recommend anything to help with pelvic floor exercises (tried and true)?

I can do the normal kegel ones they tell you about, but I need extra help as I can never tell if it's working.

anyone tried the kegel ball things? Do they work? How do you know what to choose?

    any other suggestions?

    thanks in advance.

A couple of visits to the physio will help you recognise if you're doing it right.

I could never get it right until a new physio showed me exactly how.

trying to find one in the country NSW is fun. They dont have them as far as I know. I want to be hooked up to a monitor to see if Im doing it right.

I had one of those balls things with the stick on the end that was supposed to lift up it never did so I suppose i wasn;t doing it right.
