    Default Lite & Easy ???

    Hi beautiful ladies,
Lately, specially at night, I am very tired to cook and because I used to have the frozen meals from lite &a easy I was thinking to getting them again. I am not going to have 1200 calories at day or anything like that. It is basically for dinners and I was thinking to add some extra veggies/salad and/or bread to the dinners. Do you think that it is a bad idea? Thanks in advance! X

Lite and easy are great for the convience. Having a meal on the table in 10 mins is just great for those times when you don't feel like cooking. marie.

    Default Lite & Easy ???

I don't think it's a bad idea. Have you thought about some of the newer options? Youfoodz have meals that last in the fridge for 7 days, they are so much nicer, veggies crisp and just generally more texture.

I have thought about this too because I work until 6 and don't get home until 7 pm and hubby has to cook. He tries but it's not healthy or nutritional really. Only so many pies and chips one can handle. Unfortunately it's just too pricey to 6 of us

    Default Lite & Easy ???

I'm 21 weeks and have lite n easy dinners 3-5 times per week. Just had my 20 week scan btw and baby is tracking perfectly
I highly recommend L&E for convenience and nutritional balance. Yep, you can always add some salad/veg on side and perhaps an extra carb portion too. Honestly, if I didn't have these on hand, I'd opt for maccas some nights, I'm that shattered! So it's a fab option that works well for me x

The dinners are all around 400 calories which is pretty low so I would definitely supplement them with extra salad/veg or a boiled egg or something. Otherwise it's a great idea to take the pressure off!

Does the food taste ok? I'm thinking about getting it.
I'm trying to loose 4ish kg and it's not going well haha. I'd lost all the baby weight by the time DD was about 8-9 months old but put some back on. I eat healthy but I think too many calories and not sure how to count them with home cooked food.

I found the light and easy meals to be a bit bland after a few weeks. Highly recommend YouFoodz though! Similar calorie count, but very very tasty. They're about $9.95 each and you can either order online for home delivery or some IGA's stock them.

Anything that makes life easier and is good for you is a winner.

Its not like you are existing on them alone so as long as you supplement i think youll be perfectly fine
