    @Carby thanks I should be working but my mind just wonders- any twinge, pain etc feels like something haha. I'll try not to go crazy in the next week

    @Anydreamwilldo its hard not to go crazy 😊 i found listening to any kind of meditation on youtube helps distract you at night to get some sleep because other wise my mind was racing so much i couldn't switch off. It is the hardest waiting game ever. I thought i had patience until doing IVF lol.

    Totally understand @Anydreamwilldo - I have gone through many TWWs and felt the exact same. You over think everything! There are a couple of good apps you can get like Mindfullness or Headspace. Maybe give them a go to turn your mind off? Hope this next week goes quickly for you!

    Good idea @IrishAsh might try that.
    This is my first TWW @Carby as my last cycle was cancelled before we made it this far. So all new and frustrating for me.
    I will try the mindfulness ap I have heard a few people talk about that one. Thanks

    I'm actually very disconnected from the whole process now Anydreamwilldo. I think I'm so used to bad news and heartbreak I just can feel any confidence anymore so it's actually not taking up too much headspace this time around. I just started my own business so I'm staying very busy too
