@IrishAsh I don't get any symptoms of PMS until 2days before AF is due (not for another week) but my boobs are so sore (doesn't happen with AF) and I'm crampy every now and then. My sleep is completely out of whack as well. Hot/cold and just wide awake at weird times. What about you?

I usually get these dull aches or like a dragging feeling really low down for a week before AF which I've been feeling. Im dreaming crazy too. Just trying to not read into the aches and be disapointed yet so will have to see how the week goes. I thought I'd get through these days ok but its impossible to ignore your body. Im going away tomorrow after work for my days off so hoping it'll distract me. I said i wouldn't test but thinking if i havn't got AF ill trst thursday. Im usually anything from 24 to 28 day cycle

I don't get periods so I never have AF symptoms @IrishAsh. I've had some very slight nausea every now and then and similar sleeping issues as @krispybacon. My boobs are not sensitive like they have been in previous cycles but then I'm on different progesterone supplements. Haha so hard to know what is my body and what is the meds!
