Thanks @nettz84 ! My fingers are crossed so hard! I am so nervous tonight about the fertilization rate. First egg collection so not sure what rates to expect from our guys and gals. Resting heaps. The husband won't let me do anything, haha! It's quite lovely how much he checks up on me, even while sleeping. ❤️

Thanks @Carby and @nettz84..can I ask- is it just inside or quite deep that you have to clear out? Haha as you can probably tell, I'm freaking out about it!

I think talk to your FS re. Crinone @IrishAsh. Best of luck for your EPU tomorrow!! Let us know how you go.

Had my day 3 embryo update- 4 have 8 cells, 1 with 7 cells and 2 with 3 cells. So hopefully I'll have around 4 by the weekend.

Woohoo @krispybacon 10!! How are you feeling?

Monday isn't too far off @Carby!!

So sorry to hear @Ashen- wen will you start your HRT FET?

How are you going with your injections @Freespirit101

Aww sounds like you have the perfect partner for this @krispybacon. Both or my clinics have said as a general rule- 70% to fertilise and 30% to make it to blasto. Is your FS planning on a day 5 transfer?

I'm feeling okay @Hopeful137 Not too bad in the crampy side, just taking a couple of paracetamol and a codeine tablet (I suffer from horrible period cramps, so hoping to dull them if they hit) Just pretty tired other than that. Hoping tomorrow is the same and not worse. How are you?

Yeah, he goes alright @Hopeful137 . I'd be happy with 70%! Yes, we are heading for a 5day transfer - so next tuesday. Will find out the time tomorrow. I saw your embryo report above which is awesome. Fingers are crossed you get the 4 you want. When is your transfer?

@Hopeful137 that is great news about your embies. 4 strong 8 cell embies on day 3 is awesome! I wish our numbers could have been so good but I am telling myself maybe next time with some strong donor sperm
So with the crinone I have found that it can tend to hide up the top like right around the cervix, so you kind of need to get right in there. How many crinone are you on a day again? I find a bit of buildup even on one per day and you may wish to clean out especially pre transfer.

@netts84 @Hopeful137 how long after egg collection did you start the Crinone? It hasn't been mentioned to me to start using..

@krispybacon this time they started me the day after collection so I had a few days worth before transfer. But in the past they have only had me starting the night of transfer. Maybe check with your clinic - to me it makes sense to start as early as possible so your body has enough chance to get P4 levels up and hold onto the embryo.
