So I have always just gone with the stick a finger in and pull it out method lol. I would probably advise against the shower method as you probably don't want anything irritating the cervix too much pre/post transfer and water pressure could be too high.

Yeah he is pretty good about most things and supportive (he does all my injections for example) but just has zero discipline. Who knows with his age and the vasectomy perhaps the sperm quality can't get much better anyway - but we will see I guess

Hi @Hopeful137 I have always gotten a yucky build up of Crinone and have read some people describing it like cottage cheese but yeh every second day or so I fish out any that's sitting just inside, while I am in the shower. I feel I should remove any excess that is clearly not being absorbed. PS my hubby complains about taking Menevit...honestly one pill a day is nothing for the poor dear to deal with you would think especially considering what we have to go thru!

Hi @IrishAsh I have always been told to take one Crinone in the morning and one in the evening but you may not need an much? Maybe double check with your FS? We are all so different I guess.

So sorry to hear @Ivfnewbie Try and hang out til your blood test, tho I know what you mean about "knowing". I'm growing some eggs for round 9 sigh...never had a BTP but maybe a miracle this round. It does make you feel numb and what happens next is the scary question. Sigh. But for u, please hang in there. You do hear stories of people convinced it hasn't worked and it does. Don't want to give false hope but being positive as much as u can can only help maybe? Hang in there and sending you as many positive vibes as I can!
