@nightchild80 my gp did find I had an iron deficiency earlier this year, but knowing what my stomach is like with the tablets I opted for an iron infusion instead- best thing ever!!

Just got my fertilisation rates- 7/14 fertilised. A bit disappointed that we've lost half, but considering I thought I was only going to get 4 or so eggs I'm pretty pleased.

The clinic called and our embie is still going and is now 9 cells on day 4. Even though the embryologist says that's good I can't help thinking that that is pretty slow growth from yesterday when it was a 7 cell. My understanding is that it is meant to be a morula on day 4 and that means a minimum of 10 cells. I'm worried it may arrest Anyway, transfer is first thing tomorrow morning and at least it's still going. Looks like we will only get one shot this cycle so let's hope it's the one - if not it will be donor sperm all the way. Hopefully they have some on the database that look like DP!!!

@Hopeful137 wow that is awesome! 7 embryos would mean 7 tries. Even if some do drop off that is still excellent. So happy to hear

@Hopeful137 7 is great! Fingers crossed they keep going strong!
@nettz84 good luck for your transfer tomorrow!

I'm almost 5dp5dt now and I got this awful cough and a bit of a cold feeling a bit down like it's ruined any chances I had this month..

@nettz84 I hope that little embie has a little dividing spurt today for you. Fx all is well for tomorrow.
@Ashe87 hopefully the cold won't impact it, but make sure you get plenty of rest. Have you POAS yet?

Question for you ladies. What level of progesterone does your clinic like you to have post-transfer?

And- what/how many progesterone supplements do you take daily post transfer?

My old clinic had me on 6 pessaries a day and liked P4 to be 80+ but the new clinic is only putting me on 2×crinone a day and not planning on testing P4 until final test...

@Hopeful137 at the moment I'm on a fairly new progesterone called utrogestan, I'm on 3 a day.. I think it's only recently been approved in Australia but has been used for years in Europe and the US..
previously I have been on crinone 2 to 3 times a day but my clinic doesn't test P4..

I am resting just having a lazy day at home today, it's not too bad just this awful dry cough which is annoying..
I had my transfer at 3 in the afternoon so I'm not even a full 5dp5dt yet so I'm thinking it's too early for a hpt.. previously the earliest I've got a positive is the afternoon of 6dp.. but normally not till 7dp..

Thanks @Ashe87 take it easy! When you did crinone x3 a day did you space it- morning, midday, evening? Why did they move you from 2 to 3 a day?
