Default Struggling!! Dr Lighten vs Dr Hughes vs Dr David Knight

I'm currently with IVFA and had two failed cycles. Thinking of changing clinic or Dr. I've read a few good reviews about Dr Antony Lighten. Anyone has been looked after by him? What about Dr Graeme Hughes from IVFA? I heard he's good too. And Dr David Knight from Demeter? DH wants to go to a smaller clinic so you get better services and that's why I'm considering Demeter.
Can anyone shed some light on this??

Hi @Lorri! Sometimes it takes a few days to see the posts. I don't log on all the time, but I just did and saw this post and just had to respond! There is a thread already with Dr Knight reviews. I'll tag you to it so you can see, but basically the reviews aren't positive when it comes to Dr Knight from Demeter Fertility.

As for Dr Hughes, I am not familiar with him, but I've had friends cycle with IVFA generally and they weren't too happy with them.

@nightowlsurprise Thank you so much for your reply!!! I'm glad your cycle is going well! I'm totally with you on this and have decided to wait until August. Every failed cycle is a blow both physically and spiritually. I would rather wait and go to the right person than rushing to a cycle and fail again. My plan is: to go my current FS and maybe ask him to prescribe some DHEA and until August I'll see Dr Lighten. Please keep me posted about your progress and hope you have a BFP soon! Fingers crossed!!

I can no longer recommend Dr Lighten. My experience with him was very poor.

Hi @nightowlsurprise, I'm 36 and my AmH is only 3.5--this figure was from a year ago so it might be worse now. I have regular period but relatively short cycle 25-28 days. I do ovulate. In my last ICSI, they only scanned 6 eggs and 3 were retrieved. Luckily all three eggs were mature but only one fertilized and made to blasto and that cycle failed. Today is day 3 of my period (also 9dp5dt) and I just had the blood test FSH 15 LH 5.3 E2 185 P4:2.2. Every failed cycle I seem to have my periods much earlier. Why didn't Dr Lighten suggest you to take DHEA? What are your conditions?

@nightowlsurprise I do have high FSH. I was going to start my cycle in January but due to high FSH they told me to wait. My period day 2 FSH in Jan was 28.5 and on day 3 it was 35.3. I don't quite understand the impact of high FSH and why it is high. I've been through 2 cycles one IUI and one ICSI--both failed. I think Dr Lighten might be able to find out reasons for my high FSH
