    Have they given you any indication of what your current issues are? Is there a particular stage of the process which keeps letting you down?

    My DD is just about to turn 3 and this bub is due in October. We had originally said we would make a decision once she was 12 months about whether or not to try again, but I just wasn't ready at the time to make the choice either way.

    @cag14 I saw your post in another thread asking about lower graded embryos growing. Funnily enough, it's been our lower graded ones which have stuck!

    These have been my transfers;

    3dt - 6 cells, grade D = DD
    3dt - 8 cells, grade B = BFN
    3dt - 10 cells, grade C = BFN
    5dt - hatching blast, grade D (when it was day 3) = belly bub

    Lower graded embryos can definitely result in successful pregnancies. Our successful embryos were graded lower because of their rate of growth, everything else looked good, minimal fragmentation, they just didn't develop at the speed they usually like to see. Obviously for us though that particular rate of growth is what our babies do!

    @ bubbletrouble. I think they will not test the lower grade with PGD. I want them too.

    We are currently trying for #2. Our first was relatively straight forward. Had a chemical preg with the fresh transfer then the 1st FET was our son.

    Unfortunately 2nd time around is proving MUCH harder. Again we did IVF ICSI and ended up with 6 beautiful day 5 blasts- all ending with a BFN!!!!

    Have now changed clinics and giving it another go. I'm currently Day 5 of Gonal F. This specialist has changed things up a little so fingers crossed. I'm so scared it's not going to work again, each and every BFN is heartbreaking.

    Default IVF for second child

    @cag14 she's put me on melatonin, vitamin E, and coq 10 plus the Blackmore pre-conception. I'll be starting Luveris tomorrow which I've never had before (although quality doesn't seem to be an issue as we get good numbers) and changed my dose of clexane and prednisone (I have high NKC). Plus we are doing HA and PGD!

    Honestly I don't know how I did it. Just kept going I guess, I have a great support network around me. Having a 2.5 yr old also keeps me busy and helps distract me during the horrible 2WW.

    Wow you are amazing @Finnigan. We used coq10 in Jan my husband did and we didn't get any fertilised. They wanted us to try IVF instead of ICSI and we got nothing so I told him not to use it. It might not of been that I have no idea no explanation.

    PGD is something we have to do as I have a balanced translocation .
