    Default What is your signature dish?

    Mine used to be potato bake but I don't really have one anymore I don't think! My hubby likes my bolognaise sauce better than both our mums bolognaises, and my bestie loves mine too, but I wouldn't really say it's my signature dish. I think I need to create one!

    ETA one of my friends calls these brownies that I've only ever made twice my "famous brownies" - there's like 5 ingredients and they're so easy, but I'm happy for that to be my signature dish haha!

    They're not the dishes that I most like to make, or think are the nicest, but they're the ones that other people seem to be most impressed by and request!


    Oh, after reading the actual first post :P, my go-to is probably enchilada bake (enchiladas, but made in layers like lasagna).
