OP you've been given some excellent advice in this thread. I really hope you take some time and read back over and see if you can take anything away that might be manageable for you.

The only suggestion I had to add was if you are unable to find a psychiatrist you works on weekends and can not attend an appointment during the week, perhaps you could find a therapist who does online/ skype/ phone consultations. I know it's becoming more common now although it's still not the norm but it couldn't hurt to investigate this option.
