How fantastic!!!! Where about? Not the street name obviously haha but area?

Are you happy with the choice? I don't think the area will disappoint!

Out of interest, how much roughly did the house go for? We are looking to move closer that way but not sure our budget and what we want in a house will stretch that far, our mortgage is so low at the moment the thought of increasing it just makes me angry hahaha

I don't really know any landmarks but it's in that section near Glenvale Rd... we paid just over 1.2...but the house needs absolutely nothing done to it which is very appealing!

That's a great spot! My in-laws live off Glenvale Rd so your right in my hood hahaha! Nice and close to Ringwood Heights and Ringwood North Primary or Holy Spirit (catholic) or if you are considering private school then Yarra Valley Grammar is about a 10 min drive away. Yes it's super hilly, that's good for your fitness though Congratulations!

I went to ringwood north primary school back in the 90's so I'm sure it's changed but t is a great school. Lots of land and grass area, facilities are great. Holy Spirit, a few friends went there and again great too. The grounds from memory aren't as nice, more concrete I think.

My husband went to Ringwood Heights and it's such a pretty little school, but I have zero idea what it's reputation is like now. Are you on Facebook? You can join a local group like the Maroondah Noticeboard (35,000 members) and ask what parents think of the two schools - you can often get helpful information from them.

Thanks @gingercat I'll do that! I don't mind small Scholl's in fact I'd probably prefer it.
