    Thanks for this..the childcare thing is my main concern really so if there are lots of options that's brilliant. Yeah our budget is about that to 1.3 so hopefully we'll find something where we don't have to do anything...#2 is due in Oct so I don't think I'll have renovations in me.

    If you like ringwood north, also look at warranwood, right next to it. Lovely and leafy.
    Unfortunately it is very competitive at the moment we are a little further out and am keeping my eyes peeled all the time.

    I live in Croydon and love it there are good schools close by Ringwood/Eastland is really close and it's just a nice quiet neighbourhood. I made a big move from western suburbs to eastern and love it

    I was looking at that suburb too but wonder about how good the internet is. I'd move to Warrandyte in a flash but the internet is terrible apparently and no NBN forecast any time soon

    I've never had any issues with the internet we are about a 5 minute drive from Ringwood

    No internet issues, I am in mooroolbark and parents in park orchards and both have cable ☺

    Oh yes Warranwood is amazing too. I live in Croydon (and love it) and have good internet. Never had a problem.
