    Default After 2 weeks wait

    Hello again everyone,

it it has been so long since I've last come in. Last time I was here I was worried of my second FET that it ended in failure. But fortunately, after couple of months of exercise, acupuncture and general taking care of myself, I'm proud to say that my 3rd FET came in as a positive test this last Friday. My husband and I are so excited of the good news. But afterwards we're beginning to worry again.

During the two week wait, I've felt many of the signs (rise in body temp, constantly going to toilet) but now two days after the good news my body is acting differently. All those symptoms are slowly going away, my body temp is dropping to normal, I'm not going to toilet as often, and yesterday I had a pretty bad case of diarrhoea. I've searched everywhere on what to expect after the two week wait, and I can't seem to find it. I don't know if I'm being paranoid or is this a or all case. Someone please help and advise when you can.

Hi @Yappa08 if you're worried, I would ask your clinic to give anothet hcg blood test to see if it's doubling as it should.

I agree with the PP that a blood test today and then another in 2 days time should paint an accurate picture as to how things are going.

I'd also like to add that IMO symptoms mean F.A. in the grand scheme of things!

My first pregnancy I had every symptom under the sun. It ended in a MMC at 8 1/2 weeks.

My second (current) pregnancy I had some mild cramping from transfer day and nothing much else until late in the first trimester, and it's still going strong!

Symptoms come and go. There one day, gone the next. Sometimes that's just how the cookie crumbles!

Try and relax, get your 2 BT's done and I'll cross everything for you
