Besides the obvious I'm just tired. I don't want the other stuff to keep defining my existence or happiness. But it does impact in different ways. So, I'm okay. Work has been all consuming this week. Haven't been sleeping too well either.
    How are you billie

I am trying to stay optimistic after failed transfers. I transferred one in June, then July then egg collection August with transfer December another egg collection JAN with nothing then another egg collection march with 3 good eggs. So now I'm more nervous then ever with all my cycles cancelled and issues with cycles since June. I am grateful for the 3 eggs but am so nervous.
I haven't done a medicated cycle before. And I just found out today if we don't fall before December work may not except any more tries.

My husband goes away in two weeks for the rest of the year and I become a single parent doing ivf again and it scares me so much.

I don't think I can possibly do another failed cycle.

Hello. I have learnt a lot from this thread about the rocky IVF journey that you all have been on. It has been inspiring to read the posts, especially how you feel about the negative comments from family and friends and how you would like people to understand the whole ******* process. My daughter in law is on the same IVF journey as you ladies ( including miscarriage, endo, high nk cells etc ) and by reading about your journeys I am hopefully learning more and understanding more about her journey and how she is feeling and what I shouldn't say etc.

Oh for farks sake I wrote a novel & lost it.
@cag14 sounds like you need picking up off the floor. Let me help you up. You are not alone. Focus on your main issue. Is it egg quality or numbers? Sorry I dont know your cycle history with drugs & additional support. 3 eggs after a few cycles, there should be progress and improvement. I went from 2 eggs, to 6, to 10 of good quality. And consider that time is passing so I am older each cycle. Focus on the big issue first & keep it simple. All the knowledge on here is a gift, but also scarey. Sorry you are going through this alone. But you aren't.. cause we are here. Please keep chatting here as we will be here to help and listen.
@Tinachris what is todays flavour of nail? I ended up chopping off my hair & going a pearl ash. Big move for me. Thats how exciting my life is!

I'm crying as I read these posts can relate to so much.. severe endo, cancelled cycles due to being a poor responder to the meds, high nk cells, incompetent staff at the clinic (as if we need the extra stress), insensitive comments from friends, some friends having multiple babies that were unplanned during the years I was ttc, quit my job due to the constant bad news and general sadness consuming my thoughts, the anxiety of whether I'd make it to the next stage.. will I get eggs- will they fertilise- will they make it to transfer - will the transfer go ahead? My first transfer was excruciating due to a tight cervix! Had to have a hysteroscopy to fix it! Then a Blighted ovum.. then a cancelled frozen transfer due to the embryo not surviving the thaw.. side effects from meds, the painful clexane injections!!

it's just one thing after another which takes its toll. I don't expect my friends to understand and I know they mean well but telling me to 'just get a surrogate' doesn't help. People can't help but try and offer advice when really we sometimes just need someone to listen. It also doesn't help when one friend would whine and moan about how long it's taking them to get pregnant (a couple of months is long for them) when they already have kids. Another two friends terminated unplanned pregnancies. I know it's their choice but I just couldn't comprehend it.

Good luck to all who are continuing to try and im devastated for those who made the difficult decision not to go on. Incredibly I got my miracle at Christmas with a donor egg and am forever grateful.

@Billie2 - PGD is required. I get around 20 eggs but not many are good. Out of 89 eggs collected all up 9 are good so 1 in 10.

Thank you so much for wanting to help ladies

@cag14 ignore me, when you said 3 eggs, I actually thought you meant 3 eggs not embryos. Glass half full. Every transfer is different with new blast and new lining.
