Default suggestions please re 8 year old girl hitting children at school recess and other act

suggestions please re 8 year old girl hitting children at school recess and also outside of school at other activities

    how can we help her
    talk to her
    help her communicate
her her remove herself and do something else if she is stressed
what has worked for other families
she is going through some stress currently which possibly is adding to this
how can we help her and possibly some anxiety she is currently experiencing

She already sees a psychologist for years and has done before a social skills group
And is doing a social skills group again and she will start seeing the school counsellor
And we have books on social skills being a good friend being a good sport , feelings ,
We reinforce notes from social skills
She's having tests that show some anxiety
She ll see a paediatrician who will decide if she should have medication
We have rescue remedy fish oil kids multivitamins and natural tissue salts for kids for calm .
She is not on a totally sugar free or dairy of gluten free diet but we do try not to give her colourings and flavourings

    thank you

Psych. Get her into GP and a referral for a psych ASAP.

If she is having trouble processing anxiety and stress she needs professional help.

In the meantime it is a case of being consistent with consequences. And removal from the situation.
