Default Swollen feet and back pain 1-6 weeks?

I basically just started my second trimester and I got a question for those with more experience 😉 Is it normal to feel mild back pain and have swollen feet at 16 weeks? Thanks!!

I was getting swollen feet at 16 weeks and still are at 26 weeks. I was told it's normal but they should go down if you have them raised for awhile, also the hot weather doesn't help.

Yep, I've had both backache and mild cramps in my belly since my transfer.

I've also had swollen feet for many weeks (I'm currently 24 weeks.) My poor feet are like boats and my toes look like sausages that are about to burst!

Drinking water helps, as does lying down for half an hour during the day with your feet elevated.

If you are sitting for long periods (for work etc), place a stool or box under your desk to raise your feet up.

You should find a lot of the swelling goes down overnight but if you're like me you'll need to go up a shoe size.
