It's important to find that healthy ground between not getting unrealistic hopes and being negative. Thinking of you.

Yep be great if all goes to plan and doing acupuncture this time which I didn't last time to give it an extra chance but no unrealistic expectations and certainly not negative but more realistic

I have been following the awake guidelines and feed play sleep and it works a treat! Hoping once we have her solids sorted we get her sleeping thru.. . Until then I think we will be one feed a night x

I'd be happy with once a night. My little dude is so miserable and in pain that he comfort sucks all night.

I did this with Lachlan and it worked a treat! My dd would never do it though.

I've been lucky, Lachlan either sleeps through or wakes once for a feed (obviously when he isn't teething). And I say I'm lucky because at the same age dd was still waking 3 times a night!

I know each kid is different. We didn't follow this at the beginning and had an unhappy baby then followed a routine on awake times instead of actual times and works a treat! Nighttime she wants a bottle there is no denying her but we go to the feed clinic at PMH next month so hopefully figure out what her food issue is

What issues are you having with food? When did you start and how? We have food struggles but for different reasons. Poor guy reacts to everything he eats. It must be a sad and sorry existence.
