Hi ladies hope everyone is well. Have any of you jumped back on ivf journey again. We have decided two boys are all we need and just need to return signed forms to discard remaining embryo. I wanted to donate to science but the clinic we went through doesnt offer that option so in the bin it is seems a shame but ive achieved what i wanted through ivf and am super thankful and donating to another couple is just not an option for hubby and i

That's so disappointing they can't support science. Totally understandable you can't donate. I'm not sure what we would do. Science would definitely be our first choice.
We will go again but we are in no rush. Moving interstate in a couple of months so we will find a gp we like and discuss with them who might be best to get referred to. I won't be weaning Bub off the boob so if I can't safely stim with him feeding them I guess we will just have a big age gap!

I dont want to pay storage fees indefinitely til we may decide to go again hubby is convinced we will conceive naturally now because he doesnt want any more children. Im in the mind set i dont want to do another stimmed cycle ive done my dash with all the drugs ivf consumed me for a long time. If by chance we were to ever conceive naturally then beautiful if not i am very content. The love my sons have for each other is amazing. I dont believe you can stim whilst breastfeeding. Feed your little one as long as you choose then go from there my first born was breastfed til 22 months

And as his mother its your prerogative to decide when you will wean. I have no issues with extended feeding at all.

We are literally about to start the embryo process... so if it's successful that's great if not our second round of IVF will happen... I'm nervous mostly because we had such a bad pregnancy with Zoe and even though she was only 34 weeks we still have a few development delays for her actual age for her adjusted age we are on track... but I want to start at 9 months incase it takes a while... we were lucky it worked first time so not sure that will happen again
