    Default Frozen eggs from donation.

Hi everyone. My DH and I have been given the chance to use some frozen eggs but I am concerned about them being frozen before they were fertilized. It is very expensive so will be our last shot. Would prefer to fertilize first but this clinic said it will be another 2 year wait for fresh eggs.
I want to give it a go but I'm so scared as the clinic said of 16 couples that have tried with them only 6 have got BFP. I don't know if the World egg bank might be better.
    Anyone have any thoughts?

Have you tried to find a known egg donor locally, rather than going through a clinic?

I advertised on a reputable online site and found my donor within a matter of weeks. We cycled in October and I fell pregnant on the first transfer. Best decision we ever made!

We remain great friends and I am still an active member of the community. It is incredibly supportive.

Like you, this was our last cycle. It cost a bomb as donor cycles through the major clinics do cost more than an own egg cycle. That being said, I did 4 OE cycles with no result....

Am happy to chat if you have any questions
