Default *Hungry warning* What's your 'signature dish'?

So, do you have a meal or recipe that you make well, that you often get good comments on from family and friends? Do you have a 'signature dish'?

Mine is probably vege lasagna- and I've made it tonight. Smells so good cooking! ☺

Everyone loves my potato bake (friends and husband) not so much the kids. They're not potato fans (not even chips fans ) I don't cook it often as it is not healthy lol so it only comes out at bbqs

Share the recipe @JustJaq? I don't eat much meat but generally make beef lasagne, I do non-meat canneloni and stuffed pasta shells but have never made vege lasagne!
I think my signature dishes are sweets - my New York baked cheesecake, profiteroles, chocolate pavlova, Black Forest cake, white chocolate mud cake all get requested!

A pretty easy prawn and chorizo pasta. Secret ingredient is adding a small amount of lemon juice and rind at the end

In summer I do a massive plate of cesear salad with homemade croutons, crispy bacon, cherry tomatoes, lots of boiled eggs halved, homemade crumbed chicken with Parmesan and panko crumb mix, served on cos lettuce, more Parmesan sprinkled on the lettuce. Always a winner in our house. Kids can pick what they want off the dish and adults can drizzle a cesear dressing on their plate afterwards since it's not really to my kids taste.

I do a baked spicy rice that everyone seems to love. It's weird because it's seriously the biggest no-fuss dish, but for some reason everyone loves it. I serve it with Greek yoghurt and coriander

I do sweets. A citrus mud cake, chocolate peanut butter cheese cake, carrot cake, a cherry cheesecake, cherry ripe slice, and a few more that are favourites.

My most requested recipe is my triple choc brownies. People always love the snow pea and feta salad I make as well as the beetroot and goats curd salad with savoury granola.

These are the ones I seem to get asked to make the most when people come over-
Pavlova (I put crushed malteasers in the cream )
    Chili mud crab
    Tomato tarts
Candied walnut and goats cheese salad
    Smashed avocado bruschetta
Prawn and mango salsa and the
kids always ask for cornflake chicken lollipops or salmon sausage rolls for their parties!
