That is an interesting piece, has it been gifted to you??

I would paint it, I wouldn't be able to cope with those bright colours...
My OCD wouldn't be able to handle the angles of the top part either ha ha, wouldn't things slide off??

Yes it has been gifted to us.
And it's a one of a kind piece hence the need to keep it.
I love it but I just don't know how to deal with making a baby room around it.

Default Planning a baby room around this.....

I would go with Dr Seuss theme as that would fit perfectly!!

Dr Seuss quotes on the wall

I think you can get bed linen with Dr Seuss too...

Perhaps something similar to the below photo...

There are heaps of amazing ideas on Pinterest...
I typed in Dr Seuss Theme Nursery

Mamasupial can take the credit for that!

I would have to paint that for sure! I always think more subtle colours are best for nurseries, you don't want to over stimulate your child.

Though the examples posted aren't too in your face, I would still try and paint those drawers, I personally think they're horrible as they are sorry!

Sesame Street could also be a theme if you don't want to paint it!
