She's having more wet nappies. Not an average amount but it's improving. She's feeding better too. Fontanel isn't dipped.

Did they change her antibiotics when she was diagnosed with the UTI? Have her fevers stopped?

Fevers stopped Friday night. They gave her antibiotics but we need to wait til Monday so they can test the strain to make sure the antibiotics are right. She's on bactrim. They said it would be rare if that didn't cover it.

Ok great. They gave my daughter Keflex once which did nothing. Bactrim was the only thing that worked for us. Hopefully she stops vomiting soon

Mamasupial this sounds so much like by dd last year.. Temps, vomiting and diarrhoea for 3 days, kept being diagnosed with gastro or a virus, she got worse and worse until ended up with a hospital stay, finally diagnosed with a uti (which was difficult because she was dehydrated and therefore wasn't making much urine, plus it kept being contaminated by the diarrhoea. We started with oral antibiotics, but because of the diarrhoea it wasn't being absorbed well so she ended up having iv antibiotics. It took her at least a week to finally get over it. During which time DH and I caught the gastro that she'd had!! I sincerely hope it doesn't end up as bad for your little one, but definitely keep a close eye on her and take her back if your instincts tell you. Huge hugs. It was the hardest fortnight of my life.

We are heading back right now. She doesn't have runny/watery poo so they said it wasn't gastro.

I'm concerned she may have a partial blockage. I had one as a baby and almost died. My mum was told to say goodbye. I have a 30cm scar from the surgery. So I'd rather be safe than sorry.
