Default Baby holding arms up at the Elbow, is this normal, please help!

My little boy is a little bit over 4 months old and recently I noticed that he seems to hold his arms up beside his head, bent at the elbow quite a lot.

He can move them easily, and plays with toys. But when im holding him he seems to hold them up in that position. He also sleeps with his arms up too. He dosnt seem to want to push up when on his tummy either yet he has rolled a few times from back to front.

I use a Love to dream swaddle every night.
    Any advice would be great!

That's normal. That's why the love to dream swaddle is designed that way, because it's a normal position for their arms to be.
