    Default World Egg Bank

I'm after recent feedback from recipients of the World Egg Bank. I've heard the vitrification methods have changed dramatically the last 2 years, compared to the previous years of the program operating, therefore increasing the chances of the frozen eggs' success. If you have used this program in the last 24 months or are in the process of using it, could you please give me some of your experiences? Feel free to PM me if you want x

I haven't, but my good friend has. They got 6 eggs from a 24 year old donor and all thawed and fertilised. They ended up with 4 normal blasts and she is about 24 weeks pregnant from their first transfer!

I had heard the same worries about quality and was worried how she would go, but it went so well. That was in Sydney.

I would have liked to know about the success rates now too. Because I heard they weren't great.

no they aren't. 34% success rate. that was all i needed to know to turn me off. Fair enough if the product is worth 30,000 but it's not in my opinion xx

My clinic told me not to bother. If it were already created embryos it would have a higher success rate.

Dont know why they don't do that be a world embryo bank and have some that a created from known egg and sperm donors for countries like Australia.

Oh well wish you luck in the futurexxx
