Default Does size matter ? ( tv's ... get your mind out of the gutter )

    How big is your?

my DH is into his tech stuff, so it matters to him. Our tv (which is only about 5 yrs old) started to go off in colour. I couldnt see it much, but DH insisted that it wasnt right and while he explained what the problem was I have to admit I didnt really listen much

anyway - it seems we have a new tv. bigger than the last one (which was already big) that has now migrated to be DD's tv

Lucky we have a really large living area which can take a really big tv without it looking odd

so - how big is your tv? and does size matter to you?

    Ours is maybe 30-32 inches.
Size matters in that we don't want one that's too big - don't want a TV taking over our living space!

I think it's all relative to the space.

The TV in our living room is 50". It would be ridiculous if we went any bigger, and I wouldn't want any smaller than 40".

Our living room is pretty small and we have a 50 inch. It's huge lol but I'm used to it and don't notice it. We also have a 42 inch tv on the wall in our tiny bedroom haha. So big tvs in small spaces don't really bother me. I have really bad eyesight so a big telly helps!

We have an open plan living area and the tv is probably too big lol
We had a 50 inch and just upgraded to a 60 last year. I think it's 60 anyway? I seem to think we skipped a size because I didn't think it would be worth only going one size up.

Anyway yeh it's big and I love it that way.
We haven't had a tv under 40 inches for the last 9 years.
My husband is a gamer too, when the kids permit haha

Ours is 60 inch and too bloody big. I hate it, it dominates the space.

We have a 50" in the lounge but we'd like a 60". And yes, it totally does matter to us We love our Netflix and Foxtel. We have a 32" in the bedroom which is SOOOO SMALL Can't wait to upgrade that one!

We have a 55" in our living area. It's suitably sized for the room. Wouldn't want/need any bigger.

I had to measure it, and ours is 51". We don't have a huge lounge room, but I wouldn't want it any smaller. We like watching movies and it adds to the experience.

Ours is 65", it's big, but our living room is long enough for it to be ok. We've got a 120" projector screen outside for outdoor movies so the inside TV doesn't seem to be that big after that!
