Default Best Concert you have ever been to

Well after the Adele concert last night (which according to all reports was AMAZING) .... it got us all talking about the best concert we had ever been to.

DH and I agreed for us it was U2 !!! simply the greatest.

Going to sound really old here - but Michael Jackson. Our hockey club were given the opportunity to run the bar in the VIP area at Wembley stadium (London) and so I went along to help - not really being that bothered about the concert. But he was fabulous. So many songs that everyone new. Brilliant stage show with the dancers, costume changes, etc.

We go to a lot of concerts I've seen some great ones. Who I like best in concert is green day, Keith urban and ed Sheehan. Oddly enough I hesitated on going to both green day and ed Sheehan and both surprised me with how amazing they are live. Pearl jam, counting crows, Glen Hansard, Taylor swift have also been great. Most boring was Elton john. I hope Adele is good on Saturday I'm looking forward to it.

I've only been to AC/DC, Motley Crüe, Robbie Williams and Gwen Stefani.
I don't like Gwen Stefani, I only went because my mother dragged me along, Robbie Williams was free so that was neat, but again not a fan. Both AC/DC and Motley Crüe were good. But I was younger and with parents.
Motley Crüe was my favourite band growing up and I spent many hundreds on the tickets and they were in the VIP section. So I would say that. Was amazing.

I also wanted to go to Pet Shop Boys and heard it was great but my boyfriend at the time didn't let me. Last time I let a boy boss me around...

Been to plenty and had some awesome times at awesome shows.

U2 vertigo tour in Melbourne -AMAZING!!! Best band in the history of bands!

And although he isn't everyone's cup of tea, Robbie Williams hands down the best entertainer I've ever seen on stage.
His 2003 Weapons of Mass Distraction tour was the bestest ever ever. We saw 1 show and ended up buying tickets to the rest of his Sydney and Melbourne shows because they were simply awesome. Having now seen him 20-odd times, even his 'Swing' tours (where he plays swing music eg Sinatra etc) are freaking unbelievable. He just rocks the joint and every show is different.

The top of my list would be Michael Jackson in Brisbane, so long ago I cant remember what year it was. His was an absolute stand out show, blew me away. I have seen Billy Joel, Elton John, Tina Turner, Rod Stewart, ELO, Bread, Air Supply, Leo Sayer, Alice Cooper, And I am sure I have forgotten some others. Loved Michael Jackson, Rest in Peace, Michael. marie.
