@cmwtc2012 don't ever feel guilty for not taking so long, many of us who have been on the journey for many years would never wish this heart ache on anyone!

Ok ladies bare with me it's going to be a long post.

So 7.5yrs ago I was diagnosed with pcos took us 7months to get DD

This time when we had decided to try for the last baby and get implanon out I started researching and researching.

Basically realized that most people with pcos these days are given clomid to help with their cycles not necessarily for infertility.
So I looked a natural ways to boost my body. Not necessarily with the aim of twins etc but more, healthier, quality eggs.

So I can up with folic acid. Folic acid taken in large doses and aid in double ovulation. Therefore increasing the chances of twins but also increased odds of sperm hitting egg.

Soy isoflavones- can act as a natural clomid by increasing your estrogens and creating more eggs.

Black Cohosh - helps thicken your uterine lining. Herbalists use black cohosh to treat symptoms associated with the reproductive cycle. Black cohosh acts against muscle spasms to relieve menstrual cramps and supports hormonal function to improve fertility. NOT TO BE TAKEN AFTER O!!!!

    Bee propolis -
Study: Women with endometriosis who have beenunable to get pregnant may have a more successful outcome by taking bee propolis, according to a preliminary study in Fertility and Sterility (2003;80:S32). This is encouraging for the millions of women with endometriosis who are suffering from infertility. Also helps with menstrual cramps.

Probiotics- help with cm and making it more sperm friendly

Multi vit - just your normal elivit

Iron - because I'm anemic and my iron levels plummet during pregnancy.

Vitamin E - can increase cervical mucus in women, which is essential for helping sperm to stay alive for several days at a time.

Vitamin D3 - this is why lol too long
    http://natural-fertility-info.com/fe...vitamin-d.html

    Also from my clinical naturopath
    A complete B complex
    Calm X

    Everyday I take
    Folic acid 4mg (8x 500mcg) (yep it's a lot but perfectly safe)
    Bee propolis 1x 1000mg
    Multi vit
    Iron (from my naturopath)
    Vitamin E
    Vitamin D3
    Probiotics

Cd 3-7 soy and black cohosh combo 3x a day
    Soy isoflavones 80mg
    Black cohosh 100mg
(Bought these pills from USA because Aus doesn't sell them)

    DH takes daily.
Multi vit 3x men's vita gummies
Zinc, calcium, magnesium and D3 combo 3x a day (also from USA)
    Probiotics
    Vitamin C - 3000mg (6x 500mg tabs)
    Vitamin E
    L-Arginine

I highly highly recommend if you are considering taking any of these please do your own research.
I researched the heck out of all these vitamins and had my clinical naturopath work with me on most of these.

    For those that don't know
    Implanon removed March 3rd
    AF arrived march 30th
    BFP today

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. I did all these because of my history with ttc and because I had no idea how my body would react after implanon.

Hello ladies, first time posting on this thread.
I've got three beautiful kids and have been hoping to start ttc #4 in June. I've only had one period since having my third baby, and then we dtd on Monday and it didn't occur to me until the next day that that would have been CD13.
So, I'm accidentally on my first 2ww a little earlier than expected. We have a history of getting pregnant very easily.
I'm due to test on 9th May (so I'll probably end up testing on 5th)

Hi @shoveover welcome and good luck

How are you doing today @Stephie91

I'm going to buy a digital tonight after work, ok so that's a lie I'm going to buy 2 lol one for Friday morning and one for Sunday morning. I'm interested in seeing if it changes quickly. Drs on Saturday for bloods and then Tuesday for results. I have to go to the quack dr I think as my normal one seems to be booked out according to the online book in.
