Actually it's bulk billed! At the end of the 3 cycles you have the option of being referred to FS which will then incur costs.

I'm 30 and have been trying 6 months + so fit the criteria. If you're under 30 I think it's 12 months of trying.

Totally worth it considering it is free! Your gp can refer you

Is it free because the clinic decided to do it that way, or because the government fund it?

It's bulk bulked by medicare . Your GP can refer you to Monash IVF (at their discretion) solely for ovulation tracking. It's always bulk billed and you get 3 tracked cycles 🏼

Hi there - hope you don't mind me joining.

TTC for first child. I'm 34 and DH is 37. Had implanon removed 2.5 weeks ago. No period when I had the implanon (just under 3yrs) and before then period was all over the place. Suspected I had PCOS but blood tests came back all normal. Instead I have insulin resistance (interestingly can have similar symptoms to PCOS). So no idea about O timing and the eBay test kits are one step from being put in the bin. No judgement about early HPT... I've done it too

@LozzaB6 nothing yet. I think it can take a couple of months for AF to return for some people.
