    That's so interesting if it worked (even if you are unsure).

    I have started taking 1g vitamin C (on top of my prenatal Blackmores gold vitamins to help with my short luteal phase) per day for the past 2 days and I have had the worst AF pains I've had in my life since last night (doubled over in pain).

    Usually I just get mild cramps, never anything like this. I wonder if it was the vit c, or my other hypotheses are that

    A. I may have had an early MC (I felt different this cycle, had some browny CM since 5DPO and yellowy CM right through luteal phase) or

    B. That my menstrual cup might have caused this pain somehow (not inserted right; infection etc - I took it out in middle of night but pain didn't go away for another hour or so and after heat pack and panadol).

    Only avoid high qualities over 3000mg for women I believe. High quantities for men is good for their sperm

    Due to the amount of discomfort and pain I have been in the last few days I have decided I'm going to get my u/s early. Hoping Tuesday if they can fit me in if not next Tuesday the 9th.

    @Constanceprice you have to go with your gut. I think you're the one an hour from CBR? May be worth the drive if you can't get in.

    Very bloated, sore tummy. Like when u stuff yourself soooooooo full that your belly hurts. Like that all day and like if I plonk myself down on the couch it hurts. My kitten walked on my tummy today and it hurt a fair bit.
