Default Diet/meal replacement shakes that taste good

    Hoping for some recommendations.
Im terrible at eating breakfast so looking for a shake alternative as i find things like up n go dont keep you full for long enough.

I used to use the optifast choc shakes but i dont like the taste since they 'reformulated'
Also not a fan of herbalife shakes.

Anyone found something simple and tasty.

I actually tried these after my sleeve surgery and liked the strawberry and coffee ones but don't have Aldi anywhere near my part of QLD so I had to find alternatives

The chocolate and strawberry natures way ones are ok. I haven't tried the vanilla one yet.
