Lemonade scones are the best! I was thinking about them yesterday, I think I'll make some next week.
Today DD1 and I made bliss balls - one batch of strawberry & coconut, and one of chocolate & walnut. I'm trying to do more healthy snacks that are more interesting than just a piece of fruit or cheese and crackers. Except DD2 doesn't like them

Yum. I love bliss balls. Apricot and almonds or b12 busters as their known here are my favorites.

I'll chat! I'm hanging out in my kitchen while the meat part of lasagne cooks. The recipe requires red wine so I'm drinking a glass of leftover Aldi wine . Feeling pretty relaxed! I've got Triple J on and DD is watching ABCKids in the other room.
DP is most likely at cricket training and I'm looking forward to getting DD to bed and chilling out on the couch later.

Mmm all these dinners sound so good. I've been pretty lazy today, just sandwiches and now DH is making a vegie curry thing.

Had a crap morning out with the littlies and spent most of the afternoon recovering with "movie time" so now catching up on chores I should have done today. Washing, tidying etc

I am on my way home with kfc for dinner as I have been wanting it for awhile and kiddo isn't home so decided to shout myself while he is away for the night. Granted I do have my dad here for some unknown reason but whatever. Will pop my work uniform in the wash after I eat and go back to bed for a few more hours sleep hopefully.

I'm lazing on the lounge, too sick to achieve anything. DH is bringing home Mexican takeaway soon.

I love a good scone, my SIL makes the Paul Hollywood recipe and they are wonderful just a bit trickier than the usual ones.

    So I made/am making quiche.

We watch The Great British and Australian Bakeoffs. DS watches with us.

I was asking him to help. His reply was 'ready steady bake!'

I think he likes the show haha

Hi loveliveshere, my boys both play brass- its beautiful to see them learn. My dh has a passion for music too. Glad my boys love it! My youngest son started trumpet last week and won the prize for loudest note. My eldest plays euphonium and likes it when we print off popular songs like Adelle or Frozen for him to learn.

Hey everyone! Always up for a chat thread @LoveLivesHere although I'm a bit late to the party as I just had the whole get toddler to bed/make dinner stuff going on. So not much happening here just watching tv, looking at clothes online for dd and just had yummy pita pizzas but need to do the dishes
