Default Am I entitled to FTB part B ?

I have not been getting any FTB part B for months and months when partnered

centrelink did stuff my payments up a lot and cause us a lot of headaches
I was going off on what I was told I am entitled too which is a lot less then we thought.

I was talking to a friend who is similar to my household,

4 kids, 3 in school, 1 over 18 on youth allowance, I am at home, partner works
He earns $60k gross centrelink says our combined income is $78k
This included ftb part A I only receive. My friend has around same stats
    but also gets FTB B

Looking at the centrelink website unless I am reading it wrong should I not also be getting part B ?

    Two parents or carers family

If there are 2 parents or carers in your family and the primary earner has an annual adjusted taxable income of more than $100,000, you will not be eligible for FTB Part B. This is regardless of the lower income of the other parent or carer.
If the primary earner’s income is at or below this limit, FTB Part B will be assessed based on the secondary earner’s income. The secondary earner can earn up to $5,475 each year before it affects the rate of FTB Part B for which you are eligible.
Payments are reduced by 20 cents for each dollar of income earned over $5,475.

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you are the secondary earner and your partner earns $100,000 or less, you can still get some FTB Part B if your income is below:
    • $27,886 a year, if your youngest child is younger than 5 years of age, or
    • $21,663 a year, if your youngest child is 5 to 18 years of age

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

Right so I am the secondary earner, and it is around $18k per year according
to Centrelink.... site says I can still get "some" if my child is 5 to 18 which 3 are.

Any suggestions/thoughts here ? Am I correct or not please ? Dealing with
centrelink is too painful most times.

If it helps anyone, for the love of sanity please check centrelink site for entitlements and do your maths!!

I was on hold for 3 hours yesterday when I spoke to someone it was a nightmare and long debates, eventually a supervisor called me back and WoW.

They have not paid me any ftb part B for months and months

So now my Part A has gone up by around $60 and my part B which I was not getting is now around $75 + my rent assistance also went up by around $25

INCREDIBLE....... They cannot back pay me as it is family payment and said
come july when my partner has done his tax return and they do the
reconcilliation if it all balances I should be back paid.

Great, but it did not help me for the months of being paid less and who knows if
    they will actually balance properly.

Thought I would update this If it can help anyone else in the future.

Check website do maths yourself, Centrelink are just a mess and a headache.

They stopped paying mine from the start of the year. I haven't called yet but I know I should be receiving some.
