    Default Exercise motivation

    Still working full time and 31 weeks pregnant... Trying to figure out when is the best time to exercise and how to get motivation when sooooo tiered. Help! What do you guys do?

    Default Exercise motivation

    I'm almost 34 weeks, also working full time and am really struggling to find the motivation too! I see a personal trainer once per week, and for the last couple of weeks haven't managed to drag myself to the gym in between appointments with her. I'm in 2 minds about it, I think we'll I'm heavily pregnant, it's ok to rest when I'm tired, but then I remember my birth is going to be easier if I am fitter! So no advice really, just sympathy because I'm feeling exactly the same lol.

    Ha ha! Both times I gave up on exercise by about 34 weeks. Just kept walking every second day. I went to the gym until mid second trimester.
    My main motivation for walking was to get the damn baby out! By 37 weeks every morning DH dragged me out of bed and walked with me.
    Both spontaneous, quick, straightforward deliveries.
    I think in the last few weeks you should prioritise naps and walks over the gym personally
