    Default Kids Tablet Reccomendations

So DD inherited a Samsung tablet from her grandparents. In an attempt to be helpful this morning, she washed it. Luckily she has a birthday coming up in a couple of months

Anyway, looking for something relatively cheapish that we can add her own apps onto. Needs to be able to play netflix. Needs to be durable. I think the ability to add a card to expand storage so we can put movies on it for traveling would be good but not necessarily needed.

Hit me with what your kids use that's proven to be good (Or bad as it may be). And Go! Thanks

We bought our son a Samsung tab3. It has been fantastic, lasting a couple of years of kid handling. The free kids mode that you can download from Samsung means you can restrict them to their own area. Plenty of free kids games to download from google play, with full functionality in the normal mode. We bought a kids case to protect it. It has been so good we bought our daughter one too. Previously we bought our son a cheap tablet from bigw and it just didn't have the memory to run his little games fast enough or for us to use the internet and keep our sanity.

My youngest uses a Lenovo 7" tab...from JB hifi. I'm pretty impressed with its functionality for the price ($99) It has plenty of memory with ability to increase it with a card. It has quite good reviews online. Certainly good enough for a 5yo!! You can buy a range of covers on ebay.
We had previously bought one from Target and it was utter rubbish...I took it back.
