I had a go at making a little NICU gown today, I'm happy with it I want to make a few more and then send them to a charity that gives them to hospitals here in Perth.
I hope a tiny bubba's parents choose one of my little outfits to dress them in while they have to stay in their cribs for a while!
(I put a newborn nappy next to it so you can see how tiny it is!)
So gorgeous, what a great idea. I wouldn't mind looking into doing that as it looks like a good way to use small amounts of spare fabric.

Thanks yeah they only need about a fat quarter of fabric so I thought they'd be good stash busters! I had a long skinny piece of this fabric so I had enough for two of these (I put plain purple cotton on the inside though).

The patterned side is just normal 100% cotton, the backing is terry towelling

It's gorgeous! I think my Pinterest is spying on bub hub, just went on there and suddenly all the recommended pins are for bib patterns haha!

Haha, I didn't know bub hub was linked to Pinterest! Mine remembers what I've previously looked at on Pinterest but I haven't really noticed whether it's spying on other apps/sites. I wonder if it depends on whether you use the app or not?
