    Default Juice +

Has anyone tried it? Did you notice a difference in your overall health and energy levels? Since being sleeved I struggle to get the daily dose of vegetables and vitamins and someone at bootcamp suggested juice + but it looks bloody expensive and I don't want to fork out a heap of money on something that is useless and just another fad.

I haven't heard of it? Is it a juice detox program or something?

Have never heard of it but just googled and geez Louise $122 a month ? And it looks like a franchise aswell

If you want to juice I'd invest in a really good juicer and get fresh fruit and veggies and do it yourself.

We started this about 18months ago and now we grow most of our veggies that go into our juices

It's a MLM thing that is supposed to give you high amounts of fruit and veg in a capsule.

OP, someone was spamming my Facebook feed with it, so I decided to look in to it. Apparently, you're better off just taking a standard multivitamin.
    This post is really informative:

Is it the same as the JBT I asked about a few weeks ago? I think they do capsules though.

Yeah I have googled and looked more into it and I think a multivitamin and fresh juice might be the way to go

I have been taking the juice plus capsules for 2 1/2 months and they are great. I have more energy, drinking more water, calmer etc. They are nothing like vitamins, vitamins are synthetic but juice plus are natural whole food supplements.
