I'm Victorian and write the O anti-clockwise. But I write a closed b. I can't remember whether I was taught the open 'cursive' way, but for whatever reason I write b as it's typed

I was probably taught cursive (in the 80s).

I was sure I was clockwise, but I was just writing a note (instead of just an o) and realized I do go anti clockwise. I also do the open b and I learnt to write in the very early 1980s.
