So my transfer didn't go ahead today. DH got a call from the embryologist this morning (I couldn't answer because I was with friends and was petrified of bad news). He said that our two embryos are both growing really well and are looking great! I was shocked! So they have rebooked for a 5dt on Tuesday!!! I've never had a 5dt, let alone two make it!!!
That's awesome, that's what happened to me! By day 5, one of them starting looking a bit average, but the other one looked great. Hopefully both of yours will be great! Will you put 2 back in if you can? Good luck tomorrow!

Most people aren't successful on the first try! You have a similar AMH to me, and I have endo as well - so don't lose hope! Once you accumulate some more annual/sick leave, try looking into one of the lower cost clinics! I'm not sure if there is any in your area, but mine was only $1200 out of pocket in Westmead. It's only 2 hour drive away, it would be worth it for the savings! I'm sure they will work with you so you only need to go there for EPU and ET - they mentioned in the seminar I went to that they work with people who are interstate/regional to have blood tests at their local clinic. There are several other low cost clinics out there- there might even be one in your area. Take the time off IVF that you need. I'm sorry about your BFN

My clinic tests the day of transfer for progesterone and if its low they either just supplement you with PIO shots or like my FS now, get more bloods done a few days after.

Thanks Amy! Did your second one make it to freeze?
Nah I'll only do one, I have a dodgy cervix as it is and twins are in my family so I'd rather not risk it.

I'm really excited for tomorrow. I can feel myself getting hopeful which is a bit scary Incase it doesn't work

No the 2nd one was a grade C and they said it wasn't suitable to freezing, so they let me transfer it along with my grade A egg. Only one of them implanted though so its a singleton for me! It goes to show, that they can look grade A on day 3, and turn into a grade C on day 5 - so it probably explains why our day 3 transfers didn't work. Now they'll be able to pick the best quality one for transfer!

Although surely 1200mg pessaries plus a progesterone oil shot per day is enough!

Hi @munchkin14, definitely worth getting it checked as the pregnancy depends on it. And may depend on external sources until 9-12 weeks. I get progesterone and estrogen tested each time HCG is tested. So 13 dpt, again a week later, and because my progesterone dropped so significantly I had it tested again today after starting prog injections.
    All the best.

Hi Team, sorry I have been quiet but I have been keeping up in the background.

I had EPU today and they got 15 eggs which is the best I have ever had! Fingers crossed they turn into perfect PGS normal embryos.

This is my third round of ICSI but only the second round where I will be doing a transfer. I am going to be on Crinone and Progynova. Just wondering if I can POAS with these meds or if they will give a false positive???? I just can't remember thanks

Yay for 15 eggs!! Thats awesome @julianicholson.
Ive not had either of those meds so can assist with the POAS?!

AFM we got news one of our two thawed 3 day embies has made it to blasty and will be refrozen

2dp3dt only on progesterone and feeling like rubbish, unsure if its progesterone related or just getting unwell?
Intense hunger, strong stomach pain, diarrhoea (TMI). Its not low abdominal pain so dont think its uterus related?

Anyone else super hungry on progesterone pessaries?

@julianicholson I think those ones are ok. Pregnyl and ovidril you've gotta watch out for. Awesome news on the 15 eggs!! When is transfer?

@Wishnhope yes!! I get incredibly hungry on pessaries

Does anyone know if your lining continues to get thicker after epu?
